• We are still open 8AM to 5PM Monday - Friday
• We adjusted our hiring process to comply with CDC guidelines
• We have been able to uphold all facets of our prescreening process, despite the challenges, to ensure we continue to deliver qualified talent
• We have a VoIP phone system so all calls are being answered
• We have been continually staffing essential business throughout the crisis
• Utilizing Skype and Zoom, CornerStone has continued to conduct “live” interviews with every potential candidate
• We are 100% paperless and can do all hiring virtually
• Skill testing is available from home for candidates
• We offer direct deposit and pay cards, so no direct contact is necessary to get paid
• All employees complete an electronic timecard & customers approve timecards in our proprietary  Netlink Employee & Customer Web Portal
• If drug screens are required, we can provide in-house drug screens (following strict social distancing protocols) so candidates do not need to go to a healthcare facility
