  1. What's your biggest accomplishment? This conversation starter gives you an opportunity to describe your unique work habits and the ways you interact effectively with others.
  2. Tell me about a time when things didn't go the way you wanted at work. Your interviewer wants to know how you handle adversity. Do you blame others, beat yourself up, or view mistakes and disappointments as opportunities for growth? Be careful not to point fingers; prepare a response that focuses on what you learned from a setback – and what you did to prevent it from happening again.
