The Challenge

Our longstanding client, Caliber Collision required market research support to identify customer growth opportunities.

Unfortunately, the company had neither the staff nor the resources to dedicate to the project.

Our Solution
CornerStone Staffing would provide a team of four-to-five qualified temporary employees, and a manager for the project. Furthermore, they would give the workers access to private workspaces in a CornerStone office, so that they could make their calls without interruption or distraction.

Implementation
CornerStone Staffing recruited, screened, and interviewed experienced customer service representatives who were up to the task. CornerStone then provided the workspace, technology, and resources needed to perform the assignment. Caliber Collision defined objectives, production expectations, and parameters of the project to ensure a successful outcome.

Results
The project was completed two weeks sooner than anticipated and with zero turnover. Caliber Collision acquired the data needed to make informed decisions regarding the best markets to target for expansion. This laid the groundwork for continued success, increased revenue, and improved ROI.
